Would like areola reduction and breast implants / fat transfer... Do you think from my pics I could avoid a breast lift? Wanted to avoid lollipop scars and only have scars around my areole to and minimise scarring. Also wondered if fat transfer would be better with the areola reduction than an implant to put less stress on scars so they don’t stretch? I would only go 300-350cc for implants and above the muscle as I do a lot of sports.

In most surgeons' hands using a variety of methods to harvest fat, the survival rate is 50-70%, especially long term being closer to 50%. The fat cells need to be harvested with a method that does not cause them to liquify, which Vaser does.
You would get better volume with implants and implants are much more consistent. The volume of fat transferred is limited by the amount of actual breast tissue present, not the amount of skin. Just based on your photos, I agree with your other physicians. Not all the fat transferred survives....
There are lots of variables to take into consideration. One of them is the size of your breast.
A woman who has a breast that’s about 100 mL in total volume does it need more than three or 400 mL of fat at most.
