I’m 5’8 157lbs weight lift often. Have hips, pear shaped relatively flat chested. Arms have some flab I want to get rid of, no inner thigh gap so that’s another area could pull fat from. Waist pretty narrow can see some ab definition. Is there a body fat percentage range that surgeons would like clients to be in for successful fat grafting to breasts? I want to know if I should gain weight since I have surgery scheduled in about a month. Thank you
