Hello! I noticed this suture come to the surface here within the last day or two. I am one month postop and just saw my surgeon A week ago. He said my incisions were healing perfectly and now this little guy decided to pop up! Any tips on what I can do to keep this under control until I can get in with my doc? I have been washing it with dial soap, keeping it dry and applying antibiotic ointment on it to keep it clean. Any other advice would be great, thanks!

It is not uncommon to have skin and hair changes following surgery.It could be from the medication you have been taking . If you are concerned contact your surgeon. Best of luck!
It is common to experience nipple erection after the skin is stretched and the nipple is pushed outward by the implant. It would be best to wait for full recovery, which usually takes about 6 months, as your body accommodates and relaxes.
