2 years ago I was on a beach and didnt put my sunscreen. I got burnt and now I got freckles on my shoulders. I think I had this mole on my back, Im not sure, and I THINK its not changing in shape, but I'm really scared if its a melanoma. It doesnt itch or bleed, its like its not there and its flat. Should I be worried?

To minimize scarring, protect the skin from the sun. Wear sunscreen over the area whenever...
The picture looks a bit atypical and there may be an infection there. Best to follow up with your dermatologist right away. The choice of using stitches is based on many factors which your dermatologist can capably decide on.
It's difficult to tell from your picture. I recommend following up with your cosmetic dermatologist for a formal evaluation and after care recommendations. I recommend Silagen + Bioshield to promote healing. Scarring can be improved with lasers and microneedling/prp. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
