What can be achieved in rhinoplasty surgery is usually different than what happens when the nose is moved around manually. There are many, many ways to alter the appearance of every part of the nose, but without directly examining your nose, no surgeon would be able to recommend a particular procedure. Generally speaking, the basic shape you desire is probably achievable though.

Hi,From your pics, it looks like you are narrowing your bridge and tip. This type of change would require a rhinoplasty, at minimum nasal bone osteotomy and reshaping lower lateral cartilages.Best,Dr.S.
