Why do my breast look bigger when sitting down?

I'm a C cup but when I'm standing up they look like a B cup. As soon as I sit down they look bigger.

Is there a big difference between 285cc moderate plus and 300cc high profiles?

The 15 cc size difference wouldn't even be noticeable.  285 cc implants are indeed on the conservative side.  If you want to go larger think about it for a while, but unless you go at least 50 cc's larger on each side, you won't notice much change.

I got 285cc moderate plus 75% under implants, but would it have been a big difference if I chose the 300cc high profiles?

Breast revision with different implantsYou need to change at least 50 cc to see a modest difference in size but the shape will make a bigger difference in being a more narrow base on you chest and more projectionIt will hurt less for most women.

The providers choose which plans they offer in their practices. Since the finance companies charge practices as well as patients--- it varies from one doc's office to another  which plans they offer. Based on which plans are offered to you--- you will then choose the plan available.
