Does IPL BBL cause fat loss under the skin?

All I see online are fat loss horror stories from ipl bbl. Is it a myth or should I be concerned?

Dark flaking areas after treatment is a normal reaction. It is always best to return to treatment provider for the most accurate opinion.

Thank you for your question. IPL is not the appropriate device to remove your tattoo and it definitely has the potential to burn and scar you. There are excellent tattoo lasers available these days and one like the Picosure or Picoway would be ideal for your situation. Best of luck!
