I have ring shaped neck fat. What are my options? (Photo)

First, congratulations on your weight loss! It is not at all unusual to have submental fat under the chin appear even without weight gain and it often doesn’t go away with weight loss. Based on your pictures you are an excellent candidate for chin and neck Liposuction. You also are a good candidate for a Chin implant since you have a recessive chin that lacks forward projection.
