43 years old athletic with thin face. I wanted fat transfer done to give me more youthful appearance. It has ruined my face. I do not blame the dr I blame my facial structure and tolerance of the procedure. I look nothing like I used to and when I smile it is even worse. I have no distinct facial features like before now. I just want it gone what do I do ? The first is my before. I also had upper and lower bleph but am fine with that. My face didn't take the fat well. Thanks
Answer: Facial fat Thank you for your question. It looks like the fat transplantation was fairly recent, and the majority of the volume is just swelling.. If you just wait, most of the fat will just disappear. I would not worry about it too much for the next 2-3 months. Best wishes to you.

Answer: Facial Rejuv -- PRP/Microneedling, Laser (Fraxel/Halo/Co2), emeragecosmetics COSMELAN/ENLIGHTEN/EMERAGESKIN AERIFY you look still swollen and likely will need long term morpheus and threads to tighten and contour and fillers to give you back shape. RF facials should be done monthly. at home peels like cosmelan, enlighten and aerify along with dermarolling (MTS roller with anteage MD ampules weekly, see link) should be started now to prevent further aging. For facial rejuvenation, I would suggest a combination approach of 1) skin care with products and PRP/microneedling 2) PDT light therapy few times a month with growth factors 3) laser treatments like clear and brilliant regularly and a few times a year Fraxel/halo Viva, Co2/Erbium 4) Sculptra injections a few times a year for collagen production with fillers like juvederm/restylane/belotero/radiesse/bellafill 5) thermage/ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone based instalift threads for lifting 6) botox every 2-3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at rest 7) deep microneedling RF like Fractora/morpheus8 for tightening of the skin 8) Vascular laser like vbeam/excel V or BBL forever young treatment every quarter (3-4 months) Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Fat grafting Thank you for your photos. Your residual bruising makes it seem like your surgery was quite recent. Fat grafting results take at least 3 to 6 months for swelling to completely go down since it is a very inflammatory process. You may in fact absolutely love your results in a few months. Some fat will naturally reasborb as well so your current volume and puffiness now will not continue to be there in the future. Hope this helps! Johnson C. Lee, MD Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Revision Liposuction This may be corrected using high definition VASER liposuction. You are encouraged to consult a board certified plastic surgeon. The definitive correction for liposuction deformities requires the advanced technology of ultrasound assisted VASER liposuction. As an official trainer of VASER liposuction, I encounter suboptimal liposuction outcome referrals weekly. VASER liposuction has been the only modality that has consistently corrected liposuction caused deformities. VASER liposuction ensures a smooth contour regardless of severity of contour irregularities by virtue of being able to remove any and all remaining fat comprehensively and uniformly. Finally, when skin redundancy irregularities are observed, Renuvion technology can be simultaneously applied to tighten your skin to optimize your overall contour outcome. A Skype or FaceTime consultation with a VASER specialist will help you get an accurate recommendation and pricing. Respectfully, Arian Mowlavi MD, FACS Realself 100 Hall of Fame Inductee
