I’m struggling with very noticeable asymmetry in my face that began after having wisdom tooth removed on my left side (Photo)

Please help me figure out what to do. I have considered getting a bone graft consultation for my jaw, but I don’t even know if that will regenerate it. I have considered fillers and a thread lift for the left side of my face. My jaw has been progressively shrinking on the left, & my nose has also looked progressively more asymmetric. Please recommend what would help my left side and what procedures I should consider. I’m in my early 30s.
