Please help me figure out what to do. I have considered getting a bone graft consultation for my jaw, but I don’t even know if that will regenerate it. I have considered fillers and a thread lift for the left side of my face. My jaw has been progressively shrinking on the left, & my nose has also looked progressively more asymmetric. Please recommend what would help my left side and what procedures I should consider. I’m in my early 30s.

Before proceeding with any treatment it is first important to establish whether there are any bony differences between the two sides of your lower jaw/face. This is where a 3D CT scan would be very helpful. That can determine whether the issue is bony or soft tissue in nature which would be critical in choosing the correct treatment approach.
