Have tried botox, fillers and PDO threadlift to improve my lower face. None have achieved my desired “V” effect. 3rd photo: Lifting my face upward and back, EXACTLY how I’d like to look. Don't have a problem with square shaped face. The problem is amount of fat/muscle in lower face and placement. 4th photo: You can see how the droopyness contributes to oral commisures/marionettes. Have already tried filler in this area. 1st photo: Even in decent photo, lower face appears heavy. TIA!

Your surgeon will be able to tell you when you should expect to have your stitches removed. Typically I remove stitches 7 days post op. If staples are used behind the ears, they are usually removed 10-14 days post op.
Thank you for your question. Yes, this is where patients typically experience the most pain. There is a lot of swelling which is present this can disturb the ear canal, this causes pain. Please ensure you are taking pain relief and having regular follow ups with your surgeon. All The Best
