Face/Neck Lift. How long will scar tissue continue to form in response to an old/resolved hematoma (No fluid, internal stitches)

I had a lift on 4/9/18. A hematoma formed & was drained 4/16. I began to notice some puffiness under my chin forming 4/27. It's now a big lump. I'm in touch with my supportive (out of town) PS & a great local PS. I'm assured that it's normal, though unfortunate. My question is how long will the scar tissue continue to form (response to inflamation) before it resolves? It gets bigger by the week. I can handle the months of tissue breaking down if I know when it will stop enlarging. Thank you.
