Alot of times when you read the fine print on the demo flyers in the office you will see that the patients used 2-4cc of filler to achieve the results they desired. You may just need to have more filler injected in each side as 0.5cc is not alot.
It is difficult to tell from the photo for sure. If it is bruising, it is a very common area to get bruised after injection. If it is bruising it will often get better within about a week.
