Dr. Mosca is a brilliant surgeon. He is a true artist in achieving stunning results. Never did I think I would have my sexy stomach back again, I have gained over 80 pounds with my pregnancy, which stretched out my skin, in addition had post pregnancy umbilical hernia. For someone that was in top shape all of my life, I was very self-conscious of my stomach and would always find ways to cover it up. Dr Mosca took the time to really listen to my concerns and took the time to answer all of my questions while explaining everything in great detail. Dr Mosca is also very authentic and down-to-earth which creates a very comfortable atmosphere. He really cares for his patients and their best interest. Dr. Mosca is an exceptional and skilled surgeon whose honesty and kindness truly set him apart. From our initial consultation through weekly and then monthly visits, he consistently prioritized my safety and provided invaluable, candid insights about my body. After being left botched by another surgeon, which left me feeling disfigured for 13 years, I am now thrilled with the results of my breast surgery. My surgery was 6 hours (breast surgery with tummy tuck) and I woke up to Dr. Mosca in the room telling me everything went great. I never had that experience with another surgeon.

I knew immediately after my consult that Dr Mosca would be my surgeon. Not only are his results amazing, but he's really one of a kind. He truly cares about his patients and is so hands on throughout the entire process.

Daniella, his patient coordinator is extremely responsive and informative. Pre op both his nurse, Rochelle and anesthesiologist, Chris separately reached out to me to go over everything and answer all of my questions. The morning of surgery I was so nervous and they were so kind to me. By the time we were walking into the OR, we were all laughing hysterically.

Dr. Mosca is a no BS kind of guy. He will be honest and give you realistic expectations. He was also very clear with his expectations including post op care so you can get the best results from your surgery. If you have a question, Dr Mosca replies in minutes!

Every post op apt- he sees you, took out my drains, my sutures and spent time with me- not a nurse like many other surgeons do. Carla is the sweetest and so helpful with post op garments.

I'm 8 weeks post op and my results have far exceeded my expectations. Dr Mosca truly changed my life. I am so incredibly grateful for him and his wonderful team.

I'm not fully healed yet, but am posting some progress pics thus far. The results only get better and better each day. My incisions are paper thin and healing so nicely. Not to mention- he gave me the most natural belly button that is absolute perfection!!

I was very comfortable with the Doc. He’s not the type of person that tells you what you want to hear but give you facts wether you like it or not. He’s not not McDonald’s or a buffet surgeon like the one in Hialeah. He’s not about getting your money and not delivering the results. He would rather not take your case if you have unrealistic expectations.

Remember you get what you pay for, you can’t go to McDonald’s or a buffet and expect Prime 112 service. How much does your health worth? It should always be a red flag when you walked in a surgeon office and you feel like you’re at a flea market or they’re giving free money. Do you really think you’re going to get that personal attention from that doctor.

POST OPP: (Very Important)

During my post opp, I saw Dr. Moscow during every visit. Not his assistant, not some person I never saw before but the Doc himself. He always answered all my questions. I just had an over all great SERVICE experience.

The doc didn’t ask me or pay me for this review. I wrote this review because a friend of mine who I referred to Dr. Moscow decided to run because of the price and went to Hialeah because he got a way better price but now he’s paying THE REAL COST. Her health is messed up, her body is botched and it’s been over 6 weeks and still can’t see the her Doc.

Do your research ladies and gent’s, you only have one life to live. Don’t be cheap on yourself. You’ll pay for it later on.

I want to start by saying that it was difficult to find a plastic surgeon that met all my requirements and expectations. When I met with him it was an instant connection, and every question I had he was able to answer clearly and concisely. Surgery was wonderul and post-op was great.

This review is long overdue, but here it is! I've had two surgeries with Dr. Mosca. My first surgery, a correction at age 30 to fix a botched boob job I had at 18, he transformed them beautifully. After having twins, my mid section was a mess. So, most recently, at 37, I returned to Dr. Mosca for a breast re-augmentation and abdominoplasty with hernia repair and safe liposculpture. Dr. Mosca is a skilled plastic surgeon who delivers exceptional care and professionalism from consultation to the final outcome. His expertise and meticulous attention to detail resulted in a transformation that surpassed my expectations. I am delighted with my new appearance and highly recommend Dr. Mosca for anyone considering plastic surgery.
