Facial asymmetry? Thanks for sharing your story and your photographs! I am not sure if this is a natural level of a symmetry or if this is after in neuromodulator injection. If it is after an injection it may be that the neuromodulator was placed too low on the face. If this is after an injection, I suggest that you contact your injector and be evaluated in person! Best wishes, Dr.Aldo
Thank you for sharing your question and photograph. If you had botox placed this may be the result of it being placed too low in the face resulting in some of the lip elevator muscles being paralyzed. This will resolve spontaneously but may take several weeks to months depending on the amount of Botox used. Hang in there and talk to your injector about what has taken place.

Thank you for your photos and question. I'm not sure if this is your natural asymmetry or if you're asking because you recently had a Botox treatment. If it is due to your Botox you may wish to return to your injector to discuss your concerns. If this is your natural asymmetry, there are various treatments that can be utilized to help improve the imbalance. See an expert injector near you to learn more.
