Thank you for your question. Exercise should be directed by your surgeon, and implemented when appropriate. Exercise will only make the results better as your muscle mass is improved. Just be sure to be doing the right exercises, and have a good dietary intake. I hope this helps!
Thanks for your question. It is recommended to resume strenuous activities such as exercise 6 weeks following surgery. If you plan to lose weight, it will affect the results of the BBL. Please follow the instructions provided by your plastic surgeon.
Hello dear!!Thanks for the question and provided information as well. You can maintain your BBL results with exercise and a clean diet. Lifting, squats and lunges after a BBL will only help increase muscle bulk and definition and achieve a more projected buttocks. If you have any concerns, I suggest you follow up close with your plastic surgeon.Good luck :)
Once you are fully healed from the BBL procedure, the transferred fat in your buttocks will act like the rest of your body. This means that losing weight with most likely decrease the size of your buttocks proportionately with the rest of your body and vice versa.
You can definitely exercise after a BBL. The only thing to keep in mind isyour weight. You can exercise, maintain and tone but what you don't want to dois lose too much weight. If you lose over 5-10 pounds you may begin to see achange on your gluteal size. As you lose weight you lose itproportionally everywhere and yes your butt will get smaller. If yougain weight your butt will get bigger. So just try to find the weight thatworks best for you and workout to maintain it. Best WishesDr Miami :)
Exercising is always a good thing to do when you have healed. But if you are going to lose weight, then it may affect the results from your BBL.

There is a possibility that you can lose up to 30% of the fat that was transferred. Whatever fat does not survive is usually all gone by 1 month post. Being that you are 6 weeks post, I wouldn't expect for it to get smaller. The fat that has survived is now there forever and will grow and...
Hello dear!! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. I recommend my patients to allow 2-4 weeks for recovery, and to wait at least 7-10 days before going back to work, but each doctor has their own protocol. I also recommend not to sit for more than 30 mins. every two hours,...
