How can I describe getting triangular chin/more defined & projection to my doctor? I had a medium extended silicone imp.(photo)

I had a chin implant (medium silicone extended) & neck lipo done 1 month and 3 days ago. I notice my smile and chin moves towards the left and lacks the tapered v shape I wanted and I don't see the definition. I have requested a revision but I want to make sure this is done right. Not sure if going up a size will help? Or what will? I'm very disappointed as the lack of sharp features and my nose have been something I'm super conscious about. I even got braces and invisalign(currently) to help.
