Chin reduction can be done in select patients. Patients that are best suited for reduction surgery usually have either a 'witches' chin, or a focally large chin. Even for a witches chin, it's difficult to achieve great results. In order to make the chin smaller, the jaw line has to have a natural contour that matches the chin. Having to modify the entire jaw line is not recommended. And getting reliable results on a uncommon procedure is difficult to achieve. In your case, I would not recommend undergoing chin reduction surgery. I think it would be difficult to achieve a natural contour for your jawline. I hope this helps.
Your pictures show a boxy chin which can be reshaped so that it is more narrow and shaped closer to an inverted V shape. It is hard to tell about the rest of your face because of the quality and typeof pictures shown. You would need to submit more close up pictures that are non-smiling and from different angles for a better assessment of your face above your chin.
