Chin reduction can be done in select patients. Patients that are best suited for reduction surgery usually have either a 'witches' chin, or a focally large chin. Even for a witches chin, it's difficult to achieve great results. In order to make the chin smaller, the jaw line has to have a natural contour that matches the chin. Having to modify the entire jaw line is not recommended. And getting reliable results on a uncommon procedure is difficult to achieve. In your case, I would not recommend undergoing chin reduction surgery. I think it would be difficult to achieve a natural contour for your jawline. I hope this helps.
