A chemical peel for rosacea would not be my first choice for rosacea. I would recommend using a pulse-dye laser, such as Candela's V-beam. It may take more than one treatment, but you should receive a good result.
Dear Kasia1969,A good peel for rosacea acne would be a Salycilic peel, make sure we are gentle not using too many layers. Multiple treatments would be necessary for protecting our skin from any further flare up.
