It appears you have left upper eyelid ptosis with brow compensation (so the left eyebrow is higher). See an oculoplastic specialist for proper evaluation.
There is compensatory brow elevation that is more dramatic on the left side which is compensating for the greater degree of left upper eyelid ptosis. This pulls up the fold more on the left side so it looks like you don't have a fold. Also you have bilateral upper eyelid levator tendon disinsertion ptosis. To surgically correct this, you will need bilateral anterior levator ptosis surgery. This needs to be combines with an anchor upper blepharoplasty. The quality of the photos is very poor. Ultimately, there is no substitute for a personal consultation.
Thank you for sharing your case and photo. You look great for 1 week after ptosis repair. Most of the swelling and bruising will subside once your stitches are gone. Follow your surgeon's instructions and make sure to go to all of your follow-up visits. Good luck!
Best to see your surgeon or an oculoplastic surgeon for evaluation. Eyelid ptosis can get worse as the day progresses and your effort to keep the eye open weakens. You may or may not benefit from additional ptosis surgery. Need proper consultation to determine. See following link too.
