I plan on getting a lower body lift. I have lost about 80 lbs. I have a fairly flat butt (genetic) with a fatty lower back. One doctor suggests a BBL with the fat taken from my love handles and lower back. The other suggests removing the skin from the fat and skin resection from my lower back and doing a gluteal auto augmentation. Is there a reason to choose one over the other? And my third consult suggests an extended tummy tuck only without the LBL but doing the BBL fat transfer. Thoughts?
