Are there any studies on this, long-term? I've been suggested to take accutane by my doctor for cystic refractory acne, but I'm worried about my fertility long term. I would like to start a family within the next 3-5 years. Will accutane reduce my chances of having a safe healthy pregnancy? Should I suck it up and deal with the acne and hold off until after I start my family so I can safely have children in the future? Thanks.
