Can Accutane reduce future fertility for women?

Are there any studies on this, long-term? I've been suggested to take accutane by my doctor for cystic refractory acne, but I'm worried about my fertility long term. I would like to start a family within the next 3-5 years. Will accutane reduce my chances of having a safe healthy pregnancy? Should I suck it up and deal with the acne and hold off until after I start my family so I can safely have children in the future? Thanks.

Thank you for your question. With such a low dose of Accutane for 10 days, the side effects of skin sensitivity would be minimal, so in my opinion, you do not need to wait to restart facials. With that being said, to be on the safer side, you can wait 4 weeks after stopping Accutane to restart...
