I went to see my doctor regarding my concerns and was assured my eyebrows are healing normally. But based on photos I’ve seen of others brows they look far more normal/healed than mines. I am terrified that something went terribly wrong and I can’t tell if the scabs fell off or if my skin has been altered or scarred. Any advice will be helpful.

The donor hair for eyebrow transplants are coming from your scalp. If your head hair is kinky and curly and that is what is transplanted into your eyebrows then that is what they will grow out like. This would typically mean you are not a good candidate for eyebrow transplant.

It could but because it's been several years it probably has finished growing back. You could try Latisse to see if that does anything but if it was more recent to the incident Latisse would be more likely to help.
