I had vaser lipo supposedly of my flanks, stomach, bra fat and inner/outer thighs in early sept 2017. The only place in which you can see any change is my stomach. I’ve taken pics week over week/monthly. My flanks/bra fat looks the exact same. I wasn’t given compression garments for any area other than around my waist. Virtually no bruising anywhere other than abdomen. I knew immediately after surgery when I can see so results except my stomach that I was going to be unhappy.

Answer: WAIT A MINIMUM OF SIX MONTHS BETWEEN SURGERIES. Hello Beauty71, Congratulations on your VASER lipo procedure! It would be useful posting before and after surgery photos to appreciate the exact locations of the incisions and better assess your questions. Patients are require to wear specialized full body compression garments for at least 8 weeks, since these can reduce swelling after the treatment, shorten de healing period, and provide support to the areas that have undergone surgery. Wearing only a waist trainer corset will fail to offer the support needed by the rest of the areas treated, such as flanks, back, and inner/outer thighs. VASER lipo maximum results will take up to 6 months to show. If you are still unsatisfied with the outcome after that period, consult with your plastic surgeon about having a VASER lipo revision done and/or alternative treatments to achieve your cosmetic goals. Good luck and may God bless you! Dr. De La Cruz.

Answer: Final results at 9 months Hi There,You can expect the final results at around 9 months. It is uncommon practice to not use a compression garment in the first couple of weeks post op as that will result in increased swelling which will delay your final results. Inner thighs are known to be notoriously slow to shrink because the skin is extremely thin. You are midway through your healing and should see some difference at this point but do not expect it to be the final end point. Skin tightening procedures post op can help as well.Lastly, if you want revision lipo, make sure you see a lipo expert because you will have built up scar tissue and different techniques can help get the best contours.

Answer: Liposuction Results & After care includes RF treatments (Venus Legacy, Exilis Ultra) Cellutone/zwave, hyperbaric oxygen It is too soon to tell what your final results will be. You may still have swelling, which can last 3-6 months after your procedure. I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: VASER Lipo I would recommend going to a proper VASER specialist and a revision. After undergoing VASER patients should be given a compression garment and should be undergoing aggressive lymphatic massages. VASER improves irregularities and removes fat. Consult with a VASER specialist to address all questions and concerns.
