I'm 40 years old, but I've had these lines beside my mouth since last long as I can remember, and I'm wondering what I can do to improve them. I've been using 0.1% Tretonion just about every evening for the past 5 years, and 0.05% for almost 10 years before that. I also use vitamin c serum in the mornings, and am very consistent with using sunscreen. My skin is otherwise in good shape, and I don't have deep wrinkles elsewhere, but these lines bother me a lot. I’ve attached photos for reference. What treatments would you recommend to soften or get rid of these lines? Would fillers be a good option, and if so, where? Chin? In the lines? What's the risk of migration? Or would something like laser resurfacing or radiofrequency microneedling provide better results?
