What procedure would fix my chin/jawline ("witch's chin")? (photo)

Question

I’ve hated my chin and jawline for as long as I can remember. I call it my “Witch’s chin” because that’s what it reminds me of. It’s short in length but protrudes outwards and upwards looking from my side view. There’s this ugly crease horizontally then to made matters worse, I have a slight butt chin as well. I so badly want a soft, feminine, v-shaped chin/jawline with no crease and no butt chin. The first few photos are of me and I added some of the look I’m going for. Thanks in advance.

The horizontal line is known as a mental crease- this tells me you have an active mentalis muscle. Botox in the mentalis would help with the protrusion you complain of as well as the mental crease.
Once Botox is on board, using HA fillers in the chin can give you a more heart shaped face and reduce the "butt chin"

I suspect the most reliable way of addressing your concerns is with an injectable filler. I do not believe that you are a candidate for chin implant surgery, since your chin is over projected as is.
