I’ve hated my chin and jawline for as long as I can remember. I call it my “Witch’s chin” because that’s what it reminds me of. It’s short in length but protrudes outwards and upwards looking from my side view. There’s this ugly crease horizontally then to made matters worse, I have a slight butt chin as well. I so badly want a soft, feminine, v-shaped chin/jawline with no crease and no butt chin. The first few photos are of me and I added some of the look I’m going for. Thanks in advance.
Answer: Botox and Filler The horizontal line is known as a mental crease- this tells me you have an active mentalis muscle. Botox in the mentalis would help with the protrusion you complain of as well as the mental crease.

Answer: This is a tough call. I suspect the most reliable way of addressing your concerns is with an injectable filler. I do not believe that you are a candidate for chin implant surgery, since your chin is over projected as is. If you would be satisfied with filling in the indentation, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be considered for a permanent result.
