I’ve been self conscious of this ever since I can remember. I’ve been extremely low body fat, and still have this sloped/weak issue. A couple years ago I underwent MyEllevate, which results faded between 6-12 months. Are there any options I have?

Based on your profile photos, you do not appear to have an under projected chin appearance. If you are concerned about the bulge underneath your chin, this could be a bit of exercise resistant fat, and delicate liposuction may be considered for a more pleasing jawline appearance, depending on your examination. At least from the photos provided, the lack of chin projection is something commonly treated in any active Cosmetic Dermatology practice. The use of a robust HA contouring filler properly injected can provide the volume and projection usually in one treatment session. What's more doing so will also straighten and secondarily Improve the definition of the jawline.
