28YO female. I'm looking for professional advice on how I can improve my face. This includes facial symmetry, uneven skin tone, etc. I'm open to all suggestions inluding surgery, filler, Botox, etc. I've been using Botox to slim my jaw and I've tried filler one time under my eyes. My goal is to have a more attractive/balanced face.
Answer: Combination Treatments and Maintenance Botox to slim the jaw is an excellent idea- I would also recommend seeing an expert injector to inject a small amount to open your eye and help with brow symmetry. I would consider midface and possible temple filler before doing undereye filler again. I would recommend PRP undereyes over filler as well. Consider chin shadow filler to soften lower face. If the bulkiness in the lower face is not muscle or not responding to Botox, jawline filler may help give a more contoured appearance.

Answer: Perhaps masseter Botox. Based on your singular photo, you appear to have wideness of your jaw. Sometimes this is due to clenching of the teeth, or TMJ issues. If you do have enlarged masseter muscles, reducing them with botox may lead to a pleasing facial appearance. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Answer: Enhancing Facial Symmetry and Even Skin Tone: Professional Solutions for a Balanced Appearance Thank you for your question and for sharing your concerns. Achieving facial symmetry and an even skin tone is a common goal, and there are several options to consider, both non-surgical and surgical. Non-Surgical Options: Dermal Fillers: These can help improve facial symmetry by adding volume to areas such as the cheeks, lips, or jawline. Botox: In addition to slimming the jaw, Botox can be used strategically to balance facial muscles and improve symmetry. Laser Treatments: These can address uneven skin tone by reducing pigmentation and promoting a more uniform complexion. Microneedling: This can improve skin texture and tone by stimulating collagen production. Skincare Regimen: Incorporate products with ingredients like vitamin C, retinoids, and niacinamide to help even out skin tone and improve texture. Regular exfoliation can also assist in achieving a more balanced skin tone. Surgical Options: Facial Contouring: Procedures such as cheek or chin implants can enhance facial symmetry. Rhinoplasty: If nasal asymmetry is a concern, this procedure can help balance facial proportions. Fat Grafting: This can be used to subtly adjust volume in specific areas for improved symmetry. Consultation with a Specialist: It's important to consult with a board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon to discuss your goals. They can provide a comprehensive assessment and recommend a personalized treatment plan. Remember, achieving facial harmony often involves a combination of treatments tailored to your specific needs and facial structure.
