In our experience, we have had good success with permanently filling in a central chin indentation like yours utilizing the permanent soft tissue filler, microdroplet Silikon-1000. I don't think it would be possible for it to completely disappear, since it is largely caused by ligaments from the skin to the bone, however, it's depth may be reduced, when procedures are performed properly.
