Am just 20. I had sex with my husband . But because of viganal dryness and also my vagina lips is long..so Its very difficult to have sex...I want to know reason for this and I want to overcome this problem

There is a trend to have less prominent labia, but this is a matter of choice and there are no medical reasons to do so other than improving your appearance down there. Candidates for a Labiaplasty procedure are women who are concerned about the appearance of their labia or experience discomfort due to exceptionally large or long labia of either the inner our outer lips. Labia unevenness can result in discomfort with intimate contact, chronic rubbing, as well as psychological discomfort, which leads to the inability to wear certain types of tight clothing. Most women live with these symptoms, and actually are not even aware that a certain surgical procedure exists to help to correct this problem and restore their femininity.

Thank you for sharing your question. Unfortunately without a series of photographs it is difficult to offer definite advice and I would advise seeing your ob/gyn for an evaluation.  If they determine that your tissue excess is contributing to your symptoms you may be a candidate for a labiaplasty.  Hope this helps.

Hello and thank you for your question. It is difficult to say what it is that can treat your concern without an examination. It can either be the Labia Majora/Minora that is bothering you. Either a Labiaplasty or Labia Majora Reduction can be performed. I would suggest speaking to your Gynecologist about your concerns and seeing if they have any suggestions. I hope this helps.

These are common issues with labia of all shapes and sizes. Some are best treated with labiaplasty, others are not. I recommend you see your gynecologist first and check for infections.

There are many reasons for sexual difficulties in women, even in their 20s. You should begin by having an examination by a gynecologist. Large labia isn't bothersome to most women so you should begin by ruling out other things.
