Would cheek filler help target my full and round face? Already had buccal fat removal done.

I've already had buccal fat removal, yet my face is full very round and full despite being on the low end of average weight. Especially the apples of my cheeks are very full and create very deep nasolabial folds when smiling. Would cheek filler help me or would it just make my face wider?
