I had jaw surgery with neck lipo and then needed a face/neck lift to fix loose skin. The facelift was 2 years ago and now I’m seeing this on my cheek. This side of my face was always worse, but what is that and what is the best fix? I’d prefer something that’s not filler if possible. Do I need another lift? Is there a lift that can fix it? Should I ask the previous surgeon to help?
