My bug eyes have bothered me for years, they are caused mostly by receded orbitals and made worse by the lack of undereye support (negative vector). I plan to get filler on the upper eyelid and tear throughs to treat this condition, along with lower eyelid retraction repair for the bowing eyelid. But is the tear throughs filler enough or would I also need cheek filler to give support to the lower eyelid and make the eye less prominent? If yes is it risky to fill all those areas at once?
