Is my belly button retracting? Where did it go? (photos)

14days post op from fully tummy tuck with lipo. The first picture that is more red was taken one week out and today the skin looks better but where did my belly button go? Why is it "gone" and I can no longer see it?

At this point, it is probably not related to swelling.  More likely, it is some fat that will respond to a little bit of liposuction in the area, which will help to recontour it to match the tummy area. Speak to your surgeon about this option.

Your personal plastic surgeon would be the best person to ask for his or her treatment of your skin rash since this is a very common problem and each plastic surgeon has their own protocol for this type of irritation. That being said, if you were my patient, I would recommend taking the garment...

Advancement to a regular diet is generally acceptable by the 2nd post-op visit.  This would include coffee.  As always, I would confirm same with your surgeon.
