Considering a tip plasty and alarplasty - am I a candidate and which procedure would benefit me most? (photos)

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can understand your photos and the question, your wishes and nose are not suitable for the local anesthesia. Of course you can have it but It will not satisfy your goals. With open rhinoplasty your tip and the alar base plasty can be done in one surgery. It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. Best Regards!

Tip plasty is rhinoplasty surgery that is meant to reconstruct your nasal tip. When we reconstruct somebody's nasal tip, we typically utilize nasal septal cartilage to achieve a desired result. Since your nose is part of your Airway, we recommend general anesthesia for Airway protection in all rhinoplasty surgeries, including tip plasty.
