I believe if you want a more regenerative lasting approach, you want to use a combination of Sculptra, PRP and Morpheus RF microneedling to tighten, replenish and rehydrate the skin globally. Filler will have an immediate result but will not address the root causes of sagging and general aging. Filler may also produce a puffiness around the lip that you won’t like. You have a beautiful face and need a provider who will give you a global treatment to get the result you are looking for.

Thank you for the pictures! The reason you are asking the question, it seems that you may not be satisfied with your results. From your pictures, it appears you have both volume loss and skin laxity. Sculptra helps with volume but not laxity. To improve laxity you need either a face lift or noninvasive options that are proven to tighten the skin such as Endolift.
