How should sculptra look when diluted in the syringes?

There will be a certain degree of variability between Physicians using Sculptra in the way that they reconstitute the product. However, Sculptra should be reconstituted in sterile water for 5-7 days prior to use in order to prevent granuloma formation. We utilize 6 mL of sterile water per vial and 3 mL of lidocaine for a total of 9 mL of diluent. This reconstituted product is cloudy and definitely not crystal clear at room temperature. Following injection, the face should be massaged for 5 minutes, 5 times per day, for 5 days. Re-injection occurs at 4 weeks if indicated.

Sculptra, or poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), is a type of dermal filler that helps stimulate the body's natural collagen production. It comes as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder that needs to be reconstituted with sterile water before use.
When Sculptra is first reconstituted, the solution may appear cloudy due to the PLLA particles. However, it is recommended to allow the solution to sit for at least a few hours, or even overnight, after reconstitution. This allows the PLLA particles to fully hydrate and the solution to become clear.
Once fully reconstituted and ready for use, Sculptra should look like a clear, slightly viscous liquid in the syringe. There should be no large particles, clumps, or discoloration in the solution. If you observe any of these, do not use the product and contact the manufacturer or your supplier.
It's important to note that only trained healthcare providers should handle and administer Sculptra. The reconstitution process should be done under sterile conditions to avoid contamination, and the injection should be done following proper aseptic technique.
