Is liposuction an option? Don't want tummy tuck

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Liposuction will transform your back and flank rolls and those areas would look great. Liposuction alone of your abdomen will improve it but you will still have the some loose skin and a bit of a prominence due to your diastasis rectus. You asked if your results would be great with lipo only. I think they would be good with lipo only but great if you add a tummy tuck. Good luck.

Laser liposuction is good for problem areas of fat, but lacks body shaping.
