We have found that the scar recovery gel by SkinMedica is very helpful at reducing the redness in a scar and application twice daily with a light massage certainly helps with smoothing the surface of the scar. You may also be a good candidate for Microneedling with PRP this is another technique we have found beneficial to patients with keloid scars.
