I have 375cc silicone gel under muscle. I am wanting to join the Air Force. I am 3months post op. I just attempted a push up for the first time since surgery and couldn't even get back up. I didn't feel any pain I just felt very weak. Before surgery I could easily do 15-20. How long before I can completely use my muscles again? Also, could doing push-ups all the time deform my implants?
