How Long After a Colonoscopy Can I Go Forth with Having a Tummy Tuck, Lipo, and BBL Procedure? (photo)

Scheduled for Tummy Tuck, Lipo, and Brazillian Butt Lift on October 9..just was referrd by primary care physician to have colonoscopy done on October 8. Is there a waiting period in between the procedures, and if so, how long should I wait? Thank you

Assuming that the colonoscopy did not identify any abnormalities, and your symptoms which led to the colonoscopy have resolved, I would be comfortable performing a tummy tuck several weeks later. Best of luck.

After a few days you should be totally recovered from colonoscopy to undergo body contouring surgery. Nevertheless, this is something you discuss with your chosen surgeon.

The colonoscopy itself will not interfere with the proposed surgery. But the results of the colonoscopy may cause a change in scheduling. Not knowing the reasons for this rather quick scheduling, I can't suggest much more, other than to let your surgeon know as soon as possible. All the best
