I am a 34b. Are 600cc silicone implants too big for me? (Photo)

Hi.. thank you for the question and photos... all of this depends on your chest measures... But in my experience 600cc is a very large implant, and with this come major breast ptosis and widening of the NAC.  

For someone who is 5' and weighs 130 pounds, 600cc implants are large and heavy. A true DD is a large and heavy size. I have done several breast reductions on women who were unhappy with their large DD breasts. I would recommend trying on 600 cc sizers so you can feel the weight that will be on your neck and shoulders, and see what that size looks like. I recommend that you do not go beyond what your tissue will support and what looks good on your frame. Long term, big boobs sitting on your lap don't look good.

Hi there, thanks for sharing your photos and congratulations on your upcoming surgery. 600cc implants are very large and could eventually cause a strain on your body. I would recommend speaking with your surgeon directly about the implant size.
