Before considering cosmetic surgery i would suggest you reach an stable weight thats closer to a BMI of 30.  Based on the information provided, your current BMI is 36.9 which is considered high for surgery. High BMI poses high surgical risk and reduces the likelihood you will receive optimal cosmetic results. That said, you definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety.  A key quality indicator is Board Certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.  Don’t settle for less than a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.

I have a number of patients with a figure similar to yours who have undergone bbl and a tummy tuck and were very happy with the results. You would need a physical exam from a board certified plastic surgeon in order to determine if your a good candidate for surgery. If you are, you would also have to quit smoking before and after surgery. A bbl not only enhances the size and shape of your behind, but also improves your overall figure. Typically fat is removed where you have excess resulting in a nicer figure. I’m very excited I got a new high tech machine used for BBL. It’s called the Vibrastat (please see the video on our page). Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get an entire back, waist and flanks liposuction, with BBL, and tummy tuck, this is because all the extra skin located in this areas plus your abdominal muscle needs to be repaired.

Looking at the pictures you seem like a good candidate for a full tummy tuck in order to get rid of the extra skin to give a better result. I recommend a full tummy tuck combined with a full body contouring and BBL. I would suggest liposuction on your back and flanks as well if you want. For optimal results  your BMI should be 30 or less  for elective procedures, so i recommend you lose weight and then  be evaluated  to accomplish what you wished. Consult with a certified plastic surgeon.
