Is this a crater deformity after gynecomastia surgery? I am a week post surgery. (Photos)

I know its early, but will this slight crease/crater remain when healed? It's worse when flexed. These photos are resting and the last one is flexed. Thoughts please?

It is too soon to see your final result. You will have swelling for several weeks. I have my patients wear their compression vest for 6 weeks to aid in healing. Try to be patient. Good luck.

6 months after gynecomastia surgery my nipples are puffier than weeks after the surgery. it is seroma, fat, or what? (photos)

Thank you for posting pictures. I do see some fullness behind the areola. At 6 months, all post op swelling should have resolved, and a sequestered seroma is unlikely, so there may be some residual tissue (glandular and/or fat) still present centrally. Your early post-op picture looks very good...

Do I need re-surgery or drainage? I only see minor changes. Is this all fluid? (Photos)

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  If your chest has a discrete fluid collection, it needs to be drained in order to allow the skin to retract as much as possible.  If no fluid is present I would recommend a compression garment to help with swelling until the tissues fully he...
