So I had gyno surgery last week. The first time the doctor only did lipo. So 5 weeks or so later he went in did a little more lipo and removed the gland. Now one nipple is completely flat and the other is flat but puffy in one spot. Bottom part of the nipple towards the inside of the chest. It also is folded from the puffiness. Is this normal?? He said it was swelling and causing the nipple retracting in. It's just odd how it's in one spot and not flat like the other. Is it left over tissue?
