I already went in for my consult and the doctor I went to already said 650 cc would be too large. So I tried on 600 cc in a sports bra and I love the way they looked. I’m just wondering if they would still look natural. Additionally to me being very tall, I have very broad shoulders. Overall I’m wanting to be a DD. Currently I am a B. Looking forward to your answers!
Answer: Size Your surgeon who has examined and measured you will be the best one to tell you what range of sizes would best fit your frame and tissue. The size you selected is a large implant, and large implants do carry more risks, especially sagging.

Answer: Breast Implant Size Large implants may appear perfectly natural in a woman of taller stature. Whether your breast tissue would safely accommodate them is a question your examining plastic surgeon would best address. By definition, these implants are substantially heavier than "average size", so additional risks of breast tissue thinning, rippling, and back, neck, and shoulder pain exist. Your plastic surgeon will advise you whether the size selection will safely achieve your aesthetic goals.

Answer: Larger implants on a tall frame Thank you for your question. When determining what size implants would suit your frame, your plastic surgeon would take accurate measurements of your breasts as well as assess your skin tone, and elasticity to provide a range of implants that would suit your body type. Keeping in mind that implants at the upper range of your maximum diameter may give you an increased risk of rippling and symastia (where there is no space between your breasts). @yorkplasticsurgery

Answer: I am very tall, 6’1” to be exact. Would 600 cc implants look natural? Tall women with larger frames and broader chest, shoulders, and hips can often handle larger implants that would make smaller women's chests look overcrowded and heavier. I would recommend that you go with the size that boosts your self-esteem, and fits your anatomy. In addition, choosing an implant based on an aesthetic goal that exceeds your anatomic capacity may lead to complications and possibly revision.

Answer: 600cc Implant Without pictures or a direct examination, it is hard to say what will work best for you. However, the taller you are, the more you may need to carry to achieve the look you are after. If you have B tissue already, you will mask the implant with your own tissues to a degree, and this can keep the breasts from looking too round regardless of the profile. In a patient who is 6'1, a 600cc implant is not a large size and probably would get you to where you want to go. The key is to make sure that the profile dimensions match up well with your frame. Usually once you get past the 500cc range, the only profiles that are not too wide are either the HP (high profile), HPX (high profile xtra), or UHP (ultra high profile). I would discuss this with your board certified plastic surgeon and see what style will work best for you. I hope this helps
