How can I fix this ? What causes this I am in my 30s

The question is whether this area is disappearing or whether the tissue behind it is falling down and forward. It is undoubtably the latter with the development of jowls and its creation of a prejowl sulcus. This can be treated by fat injection augmentation, a pre jowl implant on the bone or a tuckup jowl lift. In some cases, combinations of these procedures are most ideal. Pictures from different angles would also be needed to give a more informed opinion.

The photograph demonstrates early jowl formation and a prominent pre-jowl sulcus.  A chin implant can be inserted in this area to augment the pre-jowl sulcus.
