So i've had these fat pads (lack of a better word) for 3+ years now, in both marionette lines almost. The doctor that does my Botox asked me if it was due to migrating fillers. It's not. It's not loose skin I think. What can I do? And what is it called? I don't need to lose weight and have no real signs of aging. In my teens I had plump cheeks, now I'm a bit more slender. I've had cheekbone fillers, it doesn't work either. I would hate to go under the knife. I never see people with same issue. Thanks!
