Age 40, 125lbs, 5'4 - What can help aging skin on legs? (Photo)
I am only 40. I have always had really toned, lean legs. I am 125lbs at 5'4. My ideal weight is 117 but it's shocking all of the cellulite I have developed over the past 3 years. When I pull the skin up the cellulite disappears. I feel too young for a thigh lift. What else can I do? I currently am super active and usually get near 20k steps in a day. I should incorporate strength training but not sure how much it would help? Any non-invasive treatments?
