I had rhinoplasty, lip suspension suture and fat transfer to lips and cheeks. The space between my upper lip and nose is bigger (longer and fatter). Is this swelling? I am three months post op. Will my this go back to normal?

Vaseline is good to prevent drying of wound. But if you are a few weeks out of surgery, I recommend applying silicone based scar cream on the incision site. It helps to dimm the scar. Thanks.
